We have done our best to make you happy with your ZKR devices. But if there are problems, we will try to fix them as quickly as possible. Within two years from the date of purchase, you can demand warranty service for any of the ZKR SYSTEMS devices. Please contact our customer support before doing this. In 50% of cases, technical issues can be resolved remotely.

ZKR SYSTEMS (hereinafter referred to as the “Manufacturer”) is responsible for the quality of the device, registration number: HE 389005.
The manufacturer is responsible for a malfunction of the device caused by defects in materials or errors in the manufacturing process that occurred within 24 months from the date of sale.

By purchasing ZKR SYSTEMS products, you agree to the following:

ZKR SYSTEMS COMPANY guarantees that in normal use and maintenance, the Software and Products will generally comply with the characteristics indicated on the original packaging and in the accompanying documentation, as well as on our website.
If technical problems arose in ZKR devices (hereinafter referred to as the “Product”) purchased from one of our partners, please contact him to arrange for repairs, exchanges or warranty returns.
Defects discovered after the Warranty Period are not covered by any warranties.
Also, the warranty does not apply to the subjective or aesthetic aspects of the Products and / or Software.

ZKR SYSTEMS CH, like all other software developers, does not warrant that YOU WILL RECEIVE CERTAIN OPERATING CHARACTERISTICS AND RESULTS WHEN USING THIS SOFTWARE, OPERATION OF THE OPERATION AND NO RESPONSIBLE DAMAGE

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL AND DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. YOU RIGHT TO RETURN ITS SELLER AND RECEIVE THE MONEY PAID BY YOU IN FULL VALUE IF THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN USED OR INSTALLED.

Warranty service will be provided if there is a defective product with the original invoice (sales receipt), warranty card with the date of purchase, model name, seller’s seal and consumer signature during the warranty period. ZKR SYSTEMS reserves the right to refuse free warranty service if these documents are not fully presented or contain incomplete or inaccurate information.

Please note that you agree to pay for device diagnostics in case of:

if after the diagnosis it turns out that the repair cannot be performed under warranty;
if the device is functioning properly and no defects have been detected.

The replacement of a defective device under warranty is carried out only during the period established by applicable law governing this procedure. Any replacement after this period is at the discretion of the company.

This limited warranty does not apply to:

Natural deterioration and depreciation (abrasions of the device case, scratches, etc.), wear of the elements, which is caused by exceeding the specified operating standards, natural wear of the components of the device.
Complete batteries.
Recovering user or program data.
Mechanical and / or electrical damage (including hidden), including unstable connection to the network, poor grounding, external electromagnetic fields, direct sunlight, high humidity and vibration.
Damage caused by unauthorized repair, installation and / or replacement of components or programs, including the installation of updates and extensions, performed without the participation of representatives of ZKR Systems.
Devices with a modified, worn, damaged, inappropriate or missing QR code.
Damage caused by animals or insects, exposure to moisture, temperatures outside the operating range, corrosion, oxidation, foreign objects or substances getting inside.
Damage caused by any abuse, misuse, improper handling or use, including when the Products have external damage, including scratches, cracks and dents.
Damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, lightning, flood, hurricane, earthquake, etc.
